Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of AroWhere, including the Android application, Windows Connector, website, and related services.

1. Independent companion

AroWhere is an independent companion application for Aronium POS. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Aronium unless explicitly stated. Aronium remains a separate product owned by its respective owners.

2. Not a replacement for Aronium

AroWhere does not replace Aronium POS. You are responsible for operating Aronium according to its own licenses and terms.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including guest invites you authorize.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data, reverse engineer the service beyond applicable law, or use AroWhere in violation of applicable regulations.

5. Software & updates

We may update the Android app, Connector, and cloud services. Features may change as the product evolves. Compatibility with specific Aronium versions is described on the website and may be updated over time.

6. Data & backups

You remain responsible for your Aronium installation and for maintaining appropriate backups of critical business data. Cloud sync supports the companion experience and is not a substitute for a full POS disaster-recovery strategy unless you explicitly use documented backup features.

7. Disclaimer

AroWhere is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AroWhere and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Finalize liability caps with counsel before launch.
